Opened in 1993, the museum, passion fruit of a group of fans of old mechanical, can discover, through the exhibition of more than 100 agricultural machinery dating from the late nineteenth to 60 years, the different techniques, often sophisticated, a rural world sometimes overlooked.

The Museum of Agricultural Machinery, it is not only two buildings with a total surface of
1100 square meters. It is a mood, an atmosphere, a change of scenery, a discovery.
You wander the tractor driving along steam Robert Bell of 1911 (more than 10 tons) or Henryette, steam engine developing 240CV of 1912.

Javeleuses, reaping lieuses and combine harvesters are waiting for the period of hype and harvests to break their sleep.

The old tractors… They are most likely to wait for you to forming a guard of honour: Someca, French Society, Titan, Cletrac, John Deere, Lanz, Renault, McCormick,…

Awareness French but also European Museum of Agricultural Machinery of Saint-Loup based on several strong elements:

 all machines, without exception, are in working order and function
 diversity of the collection Harvester (all before 1965)
 the pedagogical approach and willingness to share the same passion with the organization,

August 15 of each year of a great event
  Dedicated to agricultural machinery of yesteryear and rural traditions.

Thus, for the Great Feast of Moissons, more than 800old mechanical function which
300 old tractors, threshers 70 harvesters old workshops hype with steam engines, in a re respectful of the past. Also on the programme old crafts, folk group, local products and crafts and festivities novel for children (old driving a tractor with the awarding of diplomas, ballads cart, tracto-ski for teens…) and of course the possibility of Restaurants on the spot (traditional meal or fast).

Dates and hours:
From May 1 to September 30, from 10AM to 12AM and 2PM to 6PM. Closed Tuesday
Off-season tour groups by appointment at 03 86 26 27 48 (afternoon).
Rates: Adult €5 - Group + 10 persons: €4 each --
Children 6 to 15 years: €2 -. Children - 6 years: free

Thus, don’t forget the Appointment on next August 15 th in Saint-Loup for one day of festivities and pleasure.
